As we near the end of the year it is time for celebration, of things that have been achieved in the year so far and also a time to retrospect over the stuff that has been done in 2012. It is also that time of the year when the top DJs / electronic artist lists get out. Myfavawards2012 is one such platform where people get to vote for their favorite party activities of the year. Considered to be India’s largest DJ/Artist community resource and awards poll, this event is in its 3rd year now and has built quite repute among facebookers and other social media users.
This initiative revolves around a voting program where people from all across the world can vote for their favorite Indian festival, club and artist. 3 votes can be cast by anyone on Facebook. One cannot vote for the same Artists/DJs twice.

The voting and nomination process is organized and open enough for budding artists in the country to also get their name on the list. The nominees list is quite vast with most top notch artists/djs of the country are covered. The website hosts a profile page for each nominee to allow users to make an informed decision. Voting began on 5th December and will end on the 31st December. Considering the previous editions, the results and awards would be given at an event in January.
